Visit the Lenses UI.

Use: workshopuser & kafka as credentials to login.

Task 2: View the topic and your cluster.

View your topic in the topic explorer or use your Environment to login to your cluster.

Click on Topics, filter for your environment. Click on the topic of your choice.

Either click view data or view topic. If you click view topic you should get into the environment view.

Task 3: Add data

Add data to the flight.tracker.updates.1 topic.

Click on Environments. Click on the Arrow of your environment. Click on Topics Click on the flight tracker topic. Click on Actions. Click on insert message. Insert a message.

Task 4: Verify the clients work

Check the producers and consumers in the environment view.

Click on Environments. Click on the Arrow of your environment. Click on Topics Click on the flight tracker topic. Check if messages are added. Click on Consumers. Check the status of Consumers.
